the location is convenient near the ferry building and public transportation i appreciated the filtered water stations available on every floor the room had plugs by the bed which was useful the room was also nice and neat
i noticed some sound carried easily through the walls i could hear conversations from adjacent rooms

the staff was always available to assist with directions and recommendations the check-in process was smooth and efficient with friendly agents i felt welcomed and valued throughout my stay at this really good hotel

amazing location and service
efficient processprompt servicewell-equipped gym
i found the check-in process efficient. the luggage service was prompt and well-organized. my room had two separate sinks and a rainfall shower. the hotel also features a well-equipped gym with multiple treadmills.
The background music was quite noticeable throughout the hotel. I would have preferred a quieter environment.
